WAMSB Event Application

Basic Instructions

Apply for or Renew your Annual WAMSB Membership Online!

On-line application is the preferred method of event application, however there is a PDF Version available for download if you would prefer to send via email. You can proceed to On-line Application Submission Form HERE or from link below. Prior to being admitted for entry into a Sanctioned event it is required that the Band Director, "OR" the Band have either a current WAMSB membership "OR" a current WAMSB AFFILIATE membership. You can obtain your WAMSB membership HERE. A separate on-line application must be made for each event. First select your chosen event. Then enter the requested information. If you have not selected an event your application will "NOT" be processed by the online system. If you have not completed a required field your application will "NOT" be processed by the online system. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. If there is any reason to believe your application was not processed by the online system. Do not submit the application again. Contact WAMSB by email. wamsb@wamsb.org Initial application for a band to participate at any WAMSB sanctioned event should be submitted as far in advance as possible. The number of bands admitted to any event may be limited or entry restrictions may apply. Application deadlines will be in effect for all events. All online applicants will be contacted to inform them of their application status.
